These honors include Bank with Best Social Responsibility in Egypt for 2023 from The European magazine, The Daily Cosmopolitan, Euromoney Excellence Awards, World Economic magazine, Brands Review, International Finance, and Business Tabloid.

The bank was also acknowledged for its outstanding achievement in social responsibility and sustainable development in Egypt for 2023 by The Global Economics magazine.

In banking products and services for companies and financial institutions, Banque Misr won Best Trade Finance Bank in Egypt for 2023 from Global Trade Review. In Euromoney's trade finance survey, the bank earned Leading Egyptian Market 2023, Top Service Provider - Africa 2023, and Best Service Provider - Egypt 2023. The bank also won the most innovative electronic payment platform (banking services) award for its e-wallet app in Egypt for 2023 from Global Business Outlook magazine. It was given the Best Islamic Retail Bank in Egypt award for 2023 from Cambridge IFA and the Best Retail Bank in Egypt award for 2022 from Islamic Finance News.

In digital innovation, the bank was honored with Euromoney Magazine's Best Bank for Digital Solutions in Egypt award for 2023. It also received The Digital Banker Magazine's Best Digital Bank in Egypt award for 2023 and the Middle East Foundation for Technology Excellence's Leadership in Digital Banking Services in the Middle East award for 2023 in the Technology and Industry category.
