The new loan provides uniquely simple procedures, whereby loan applicants are only required to provide a certificate of income or bank statement, without a requirement for a guarantee from the workplace or the transferring of the salary to the bank. The maximum value of the loan is EGP 500,000, with a maximum repayment period of six years, and competitive interest rates.

Banque Misr offers the loan to government employees, as well as workers in the public and private sector. The new loan also includes special programs for banking professionals, as well as workers in the petroleum, petrochemicals, and communications industries, in addition to freelancers, doctors, engineers, and pharmacists.
