1. A photocopy of the valid national ID card.

Features:

• The client will be exempted from the account opening fee as well as the fiscal stamp and credit report fee.
• Financing will be provided to purchase the unit for the purpose of residence or summer residence units.
• Free life insurance (In case of mortality, no dues will be claimed by the bank).

Product characteristics:

• A loan amounting to EGP 5M to clients with monthly income from entities and companies in different countries.
• Loan period of up to 15 years.
• Financing percentage of up to 80% of the residential unit amount.
• Life & full disability insurance policy to be incurred by the bank.
• The minimum monthly net income is $5000 or equivalent.
• The minimum age of the beneficiary is 25 years and the maximum is 60 years at the end of the financing period.

Required Documents:

1. A photocopy of the valid national ID card of the customer and guarantor.
2. A photocopy of the client's valid passport.
3. A certified photocopy of the employment contract.
4. A residence lease contract/proof of residence address abroad.
5. Mobile phone invoice for the last 3 months.
6. Proof of residence period abroad.
7. Bank account statement indicating the monthly income transferred to the client for the last 3 months.
