Banque Misr recently sponsored the Egyptian Federation of Sports for Players with Cerebral Palsy the bank is keen to support to support the sports as well as the people of determination by supporting the players with cerebral palsy who are striving to elevate the name of Egypt in regional and international tournaments and venues.

This is supplementary to Banque Misr's pioneering role in supporting the Egyptian youth and sports in light of its great importance for the Egyptian youth, as well as the bank's social responsibility and belief that that the new generation are the helm of progress, as the field of youth and sports is one of the focal areas supported by the bank for importance of practicing the sports and what the sports represent of value to the youth "a healthy mind in a healthy body". The bank also sponsored three professional tennis players to qualify them to participate in various tournaments, locally and internationally, in addition to sponsoring one of the promising squash players.

It should be noted that Banque Misr has launched the first charity investment fund "Egyptian Sports Fund", which aims at supporting the renaissance of the Egyptian sports and regaining its position with placing it on the world sports map. Furthermore, Banque Misr recently gained several international awards in the field of social responsibility, including Best Bank in the field of social responsibility - Egypt 2022 from The Global Economics magazine and Best Bank in the field of social responsibility - Egypt 2022 from Global Business Magazine.

Banque Misr also recently launched a program entitled "AL-MOMKEN" to facilitate the access of customers with distinguished capabilities "People of Determination" to banking services and products through a distinguished banking experience. This is in line with the state's orientation and the Central Bank of Egypt's initiative to enable the people of determination and strengthen their participation in society, to make them active members of society and overcome the obstacles they face. This is in support of the state's efforts to achieve financial inclusion. Banque Misr also expanded the provision of a greater number of the ATMs dedicated to the people of determination with motor difficulties or blind and visually impaired, in addition, there are fittings in the branches to serve this category in a better way as well as trained banking cadres to deal with them.

The bank is always keen to encourage partnerships between the different sectors of the Egyptian society, government, civil and private, by presenting a successful model in society to be subsequently circulated to all levels and sectors, in order to make an actual and real contribution to the development and progress of society.
