Banque Misr Enables Electronic Payment Services for Consolidated Payments and Governmental Payments as a part of its Corporate Internet Banking Package

Banque Misr is keen on expanding its digital services to its corporate clients to guarantee a fast, easy, smooth, and most importantly, secure operations for corporate bank accounts. The bank’s efforts in digital transformation aim at supporting the Egyptian national economy believing that the technological development is the most important factor that is rapidly affecting global economy.

In line with achieving the state’s national objectives of financial inclusion and the National Payments Council policies, Banque Misr now enables a consolidated payments service. The service gives corporate clients access to money transfers up to 100,000 beneficiaries in a single transaction. Transfers are open to all bank accounts or prepaid bank cards inside Egypt, in addition to the possibility of wire transfers through the national ID numbers of the beneficiaries. Corporate clients just need to create and upload a file with all the data and payment details of the beneficiaries through the corporate’s online banking account.

Bank Misr also enables electronic payment services to settle governmental payments, such as, income tax, VAT, replenishing customs accounts, customs declaration, single-window services, corporate insurance, and inquiring about due governmental payments and settlements in advance. In addition to all the available Internet banking services for corporates such as: following up on the company’s transactions, requesting cheque books, holding checks, linking deposits, and many other services, corporate clients can now print receipts of payment through their internet banking 24/7.
