Activate the Soft Token from mobile banking

 
  1. Customer to enter his card number (Debit or Credit).
  2. Customer to enter the expiry date and the pin code used for withdrawal from ATM’s.
  3. BM customer will receive an SMS OTP and will be auto populated.
  4. BM customer will be directed to Soft Token app to complete the activation process.
  5. Customer to create the Soft Token application pin code.
  6. Soft Token application will display the activation code to be copied by the customer and paste it in the mobile banking application as a final step of the activation process.
  7. Then a successful activation screen will be displayed to the customer.

    Steps to reactivate the Soft Token from mobile banking :

    • Open the Security Token app. From the settings screen, choose Clear Data, then follow these steps.
    • Log in to the BM Online app.
    • From the More menu, select Security Token Program.
    • Choose Reactivate Security Token Program and enter your debit or credit card details (card number, expiration date, and the PIN you use at ATMs).
    • Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to the mobile number registered with the bank. This will be auto-populated.
    • You will be redirected to the Security Token Program to approve the activation data and then create a 4-digit PIN for the program.
    • An activation code will appear on the Security Token Program. Copy this code and go back to the BM Online app to enter it in the designated field.
    • A message will confirm, "Security Token Program has been activated successfully."
