On Wednesday, August 30, 2023, Banque Misr signed a cooperation protocol with the Federation of Egyptian Industries. The protocol was signed by Mr. Mohamed El-Etreby, Chairman of Banque Misr, and Mr. Mohamed Zaki El Sewedy, President of the Federation of Egyptian Industries. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Akef El-Maghraby, Vice Chairman of Banque Misr, Mr. Hossam El-Din Abdel Wahab, Vice Chairman of Banque Misr, and a distinguished group of leaders from the bank and the Federation of Egyptian Industries.
The primary objective of the protocol is to develop three technical education schools following the model of applied technology schools approved by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education. These schools aim to attract young individuals to pursue studies in modern technological disciplines. This initiative represents a new approach to modern technical education, which is expected to have a positive impact on the Egyptian industrial sector, a significant contributor to the national economy.
