Driven by Banque Misr's commitment to supporting the state's efforts in achieving financial inclusion, and in line with Egypt Vision 2030 for sustainable development, the bank has offered numerous free benefits and offers on the occasion of the "International Day of Persons with Disabilities" financial inclusion event. Held under the auspices of the Central Bank of Egypt, these offerings include savings accounts, current accounts, payment and transfer services, insurance, and financing and credit. Throughout the event, which runs from December 1 to 15, 2025, the bank is keen to provide various free advantages and offers serving all customer segments, particularly women, youth, and people of determination.

Banque Misr provides a variety of financial products and services with free benefits for the "International Day of Persons with Disabilities," including opening accounts for new customers with no fees and no minimum balance requirements. This includes the option to obtain a "Meeza" prepaid card with waived issuance fees. Furthermore, economic activity accounts—namely the "Al-Mongez Current Account" and "Al-Mongez Savings Account"—can be opened with an exemption from account-opening fees and minimum balance requirements, along with waived issuance fees for the "Meeza" debit card linked to these accounts.

The bank has also launched the "Al-Momken for People with Special Capabilities" program, specifically designed to empower customers with disabilities. This program features two savings accounts with a preferential interest rate—1% higher than the bank’s standard savings accounts: the "Al-Momken Savings Account with Preferential Returns" and the "Al-Momken Investment Savings Account with Preferential Returns." These come with a free debit card and exemptions from certain fees on loans and Islamic financing.

To ensure accessibility, the bank has equipped approximately 471 branches across Egypt’s governorates with ramps or electric wheelchair services. Additionally, customer service staff have been trained to interact with customers with disabilities in about 514 branches. Furthermore, employees in 678 branches have been trained in sign language in cooperation with the Egyptian Banking Institute under the slogan "Shawer" (Gesture). The bank has also prepared 200 ATMs for individuals with mobility impairments and 1,527 ATMs for those with visual impairments.

Banque Misr consistently strives to provide products and services that meet the needs of all segments of society, empowering people of determination and overcoming obstacles for them. This supports the state’s efforts to improve services for them, facilitate their social integration, and achieve comprehensive financial inclusion.
