Under the slogan “I’ll Keep Coming to You, Every Time,” the initiative brings selected banking services directly to customers across all 27 governorates

As part of its commitment to providing innovative banking solutions that meet customers’ needs and facilitate access to its services, Banque Misr is launching a free home visit service across all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt under the slogan, “I’ll Keep Coming to You, Every Time.”

The initiative enables customers to complete a range of banking services at their place of residence through official Banque Misr representatives, providing a more convenient, comfortable, and secure banking experience without the need to visit a branch.

The service specifically targets senior citizens aged 65 and above, as well as persons with disabilities, particularly those with mobility disabilities. This initiative forms part of Banque Misr’s strategy to make banking products and services accessible to different segments of society and provide solutions tailored to customers’ needs while supporting their independence. It also aligns with the Central Bank of Egypt’s efforts to promote financial inclusion and facilitate access to banking services for different segments of society.

Services available through home visits include reactivating a dormant customer ID, opening an account for the first time, updating customer information, changing a signature, and subscribing to electronic banking services, in accordance with the Bank’s applicable rules and procedures.

The home visit service is provided free of charge and can be requested through Banque Misr’s Contact Center at 19888 or via the Bank’s website. A relative may also visit any Banque Misr branch to submit the request, including a parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandchild, subject to the applicable requirements and required documentation.

Upon receiving the request, the Bank contacts the customer within 48 hours to schedule the visit at a time convenient for the customer and confirm the services and requests to be completed. To ensure the highest levels of security and privacy, all home visits are conducted by official Banque Misr representatives in accordance with the Bank’s approved verification procedures and controls.

The home visit service is particularly significant in light of Egypt’s demographic profile. According to data issued by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) on January 1, 2026, citizens aged 65 and above account for 6.1% of the total population. This underscores the importance of providing banking services that take into consideration the needs of senior citizens and facilitate their access to banking services.

The initiative builds on Banque Misr’s efforts to support persons with disabilities through its “Al-Momken” program and is in line with the Central Bank of Egypt’s efforts to promote financial inclusion and expand access to banking services for different segments of society.

Banque Misr has equipped approximately 521 branches with ramps or electric wheelchairs and has made approximately 200 ATMs accessible to customers who use wheelchairs. In addition, approximately 3,985 ATMs have been equipped to serve customers with visual disabilities.

The Bank has also trained specialized teams in sign language to serve customers with hearing disabilities across approximately 674 branches as a first phase, with efforts underway to extend the service to the remainder of its branch network.

The service complements Banque Misr’s extensive network of approximately 900 branches and banking units covering all 27 governorates. By making home visits available nationwide, the Bank further enhances its ability to reach different customer segments and provide a more accessible, flexible, and customer-focused banking experience.

The home visit service reflects Banque Misr’s commitment to developing customer-centric banking solutions. Being close to customers extends beyond the geographical reach of its branch network to include customers who may have difficulty visiting branches. Through this service, the Bank seeks to support their independence and privacy while providing a more convenient, comfortable, and secure banking experience.
