Registration Using a Debit or Credit Card

Registration Requirements

• You must have an active debit or credit card.

Registration Steps

• On the login screen, press Register and enter your National ID number, followed by the Bank Misr card number, expiration date, and the card's PIN (the one you use at ATMs).
• Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to the mobile number registered with the bank. This should be auto-populated.
• Choose a username that is 8 to 20 characters long and does not contain spaces.
• Create a password. It must not contain the username, should be a single word without spaces, and must include at least one special character, one number, one capital letter, and be between 8 and 20 characters long.
• You can now log in by pressing the "Log In Now" button.

Registration Using an Account Number (If you don't have a debit or credit card)

Registration Requirements

• You must submit a service request at a branch.
• You must not have an active debit or credit card.

Registration Steps

• Enter your National ID number.
• Enter your account number.
• Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to the mobile number registered with the bank. This will be auto-populated.
• Choose a username that is 8 to 20 characters long and does not contain spaces.
• Create a password. It must not contain the username, should be a single word without spaces, and must include at least one special character, one number, one capital letter, and be between 8 and 20 characters long.
• You can now log in by pressing the "Log In Now" button.

Registration Using Prepaid Cards

Registration Requirements

• You must submit a service request at a branch.
• You must not have an active debit card, credit card, or active account.
