  • Opening new additional accounts, including Islamic accounts.
  • Tracking all financial transactions and viewing account balances, statements, and details of certificates and deposits.
  • Ability to link various certificates and deposits.
  • Ability to break certificates.
  • Viewing credit card details and settling related obligations.
  • Making instant transfers from a customer's account to any account within Egypt.
  • Making transfers from a customer's account to any account outside Egypt.
  • Making instant transfers to e-wallets and cards.
  • Paying all bills, monthly obligations, and donations.
  • Submitting requests for various products; credit or debit card / checkbook / loan.
  • Finding the nearest ATM or branch with the option to book a queue number at the branch.
  • Viewing foreign currency exchange rates.
  • Creating scheduled standing instructions for recurring transactions.
  • Viewing details of your purchases with your Bank Misr credit card and reviewing your monthly spending categories.
  • Activating and creating PINs for cards.

The wallet offers many services to customers, including:

Online Bank Account Opening Request for Individuals

  • This service is only available for Egyptian individuals aged 15 years and above.
  • The service allows you to learn about the types and features of accounts and instant debit cards.
  • Ability to book an appointment at the nearest branch to complete the account opening procedures.
  • Ability to subscribe to banking services (Internet Banking - BM Online - BM Wallet - Voice Service) for free.
