• Payment operations are executed through approved Fawry outlets and branches according to the operational systems in place at Fawry.
• The amount is deposited into the customer's account instantly.
• The receipt issued by the Fawry machine serves only as proof of the payment execution and does not constitute proof of settling the entire debt owed to the bank.
• The payment process through Fawry outlets does not entail any settlement or full clearance of the due debt, unless the debt is completely paid according to the terms and conditions of the contract between the customer and the bank.
• All terms and conditions stipulated in the loan or credit facility contract between the customer and the bank remain valid and applicable without any amendments.
• It is recommended to retain the payment receipt issued by the Fawry device as a reference until confirming that the amount has been credited to the customer's bank account.
