Subscription Methods

For new to bank customers

• Subscription is completed by signing on the E-statement subscription box on credit card application.

For Existing customer

• Through BM branch by visiting the nearest branch.
• Through BM Online App by following the below steps:
  • Customer logs into BM online App using username and password.
  • Customer selects subscription to E-Statement service.
  • System verifies subscription request by sending OTP to the inserted Email which is mandate for customer to enter it in order to proceed
  • Customer must accept terms and conditions to complete the subscription, without acceptance the subscription will not proceed
  • Customer will receive OTP on his registered mobile number that has to enter it as confirmation of the service
  • Notification will appears confirming that subscription done successfully.
