Activate the Soft Token from mobile banking
Activate the soft token from mobile banking:
- The customer enters their card number (Debit or Credit) in the mobile banking application.
- The customer enters the card expiry date and the PIN code used for ATM withdrawals.
- An SMS OTP is sent automatically to the customer’s registered mobile number, and it will be auto populated in the application.
- The customer is redirected to the Soft Token application to continue the activation process.
- The customer creates a PIN code for the Soft Token application.
- The Soft Token app then generates an activation code, which the customer must copy and paste into the mobile banking application to complete the activation.
- After submitting the activation code, the customer will see a message instructing them to contact the call center at 19888 to finalize the Soft Token activation.
- Once the customer contacts the call center and completes the verification, the Soft Token becomes fully active, and the customer can start using it securely.
Steps to reactivate the Soft Token from mobile banking :
- Open the Soft Token app. From the settings screen, choose Clear Cache , then follow these steps.
- Log in to the BM Online app.
- From the More menu, select Soft Token.
- Choose Reactivate Soft Token Application and enter your debit or credit card details (card number, expiration date, and the PIN you use at ATMs).
- An SMS OTP is sent automatically to the customer’s registered mobile number, and it will be auto populated in the application.
- The customer is redirected to the Soft Token application to continue the re-activation process.
- The customer creates a PIN code for the Soft Token application.
- The Soft Token app then generates an activation code, which the customer must copy and paste into the mobile banking application to complete the activation.
- After submitting the activation code, the customer will see a message instructing them to contact the call center at 19888 to finalize the Soft Token activation.
- Once the customer contacts the call center and completes the verification, the Soft Token becomes fully active, and the customer can start using it securely.
