BANQUE MISR has issued a large number of payment cards, in addition to the ATM card. In 1992 BANQUE MISR started a new service at the time, namely issuing Visa credit cards. Then BANQUE MISR has issued Master Cards, spreading this service throughout the country, in view of the wide spread of BANQUE MISR branches. BANQUE MISR has also adopted advanced technical methods to provide clients with this service, both for card holders and businesses contracted with BANQUE MISR to accept such cards. In addition, BANQUE MISR was the first Egyptian bank to issue ATM cards and to provide banking service through automated channels.
