Internet and Mobile Banking BM Online registration steps for Egyptians living abroad
For Customers Residing in a Country with Banque Misr Branches or Representative offices:
- Visit a Regional or Representative Branch: Swing by one of our conveniently located branches to sign in our Mobile application registration form (our Branches)
- Download BM Online App: you can install it from Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS).
- Register Using your debit/credit card or account number, watch the video for completing registration process
- Get the Soft Token App: Download it from the Google Play Store or Apple Store to enjoy electronic payments and transfers.
For Customers Residing in a Country with No Banque Misr Branches: (for active debit/credit card holders) - View only
- Download BM Online App: you can install it from Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS).
- Register on the App:
- With Debit/Credit Card: use your active debit/credit card and NID for registration. watch the video for completing registration process
- Grace Period: You will have a 6-month grace period to use the mobile app.
3. Visit a Branch: Within 6 months, to complete the required online banking forms to maintain your mobile banking access (our branches)
